Project management overseeing the conversion of an existing building, initially into eight flats, with a further project overseeing the conversion of another building into two apartments.

Harbledown

Successfully negotiated the purchase of a property and land in an area of outstanding natural beauty and subsequently obtained planning for a new-build home to be commenced in Spring 2019.


Winter 2017

Whitstable, Seasalter

Contract awarded by an insurance company for complete reinstatement of all internal structures and finished to a two bedroom contemporary bungalow, following severe flood damage.


August 2016

Chartham

Site clearance and project management, overseeing the construction of a modern and spacious four bedroom detached family home.

Spring 2016

Ashford

Project Management to fit out an automotive retail unit and workshops, along with an MOT and garage service area.

Autumn 2015

Folkestone

Internal strip-out and structural alterations to an existing chalet bungalow, creating a desirable and spacious family home.

Complete renovation of a prominent period property and conversion into four luxury apartments.

Whitstable Penthouse

Project management overseeing the structure and shell to a sixth story open-plan penthouse.

Whitstable

Project and site management overseeing the conversion of a historic warehouse into eight luxury apartments.


Summer 2011

Chatham and Clarendon

Planning and management of the Urban Campus works including remodelling of the pavillion, toilet facilities, and lecture theatres, as well as the design, refurbishment and installation of the food tech classroom. Alongside these works RPS oversaw the removal of mobile huts, the installation of a multi-use games area (MUGA), structural alterations of the music annexe and the upgrading of the electric mains.

Complete writing of specifications, production of working drawings and plans, obtaining Planning and Building Regulation approvals and pre-contract negotiations were handled by the company. RPS also undertook the overseeing of construction throughout Phase 1 of the project and site management, Health and Safety, CDM, surveying and quality control during Phase 2.

All works were finished on time and significantly under budget.
